Leaf Pick Up Dates on the Newsletter are wrong! The dates will be:

Have leaves in biodegradable paper leaf bags at the road by 6:00 a.m. Bags should contain only leaves and weigh no more than 50 pounds. They will not be picked up if bags contain sticks, yard waste or trash.

Markey Township has partnered with Cloudpermit to bring you additional options for obtaining your Land-Use Permit. With Cloudpermit, you can:
Apply for Land-Use permits at any time, from anywhere; Check status of permit (receive automatic email updates); Schedule or cancel inspections; Communicate with the Zoning Department with time-stamped messages; Request and submit changes to an existing permit. Nixle
Roscommon County Emergency Management has begun utilizing a new service to access important, valuable community information when you need it, using the latest technology.
Our agency will create and publish messages through the Nixle Community Information Service. Nixle will then deliver this information to you instantly via text, email and/or web message. Notifications can also be accessed online at Nixle’s web site at www.nixle.com.
Example messages may include Weather warnings, missing children as well as other relevant safety and community information.
The service is secure, reliable and easy for our group to use. YOU decide what information you want and whether you want it sent to your cell phone, email, or just simply over the web.
