There is a dog park, K-9 Corners, in the northwest corner of the park. A large pavilion with bathrooms and two barbecues for public use is located near the play structures. There are 2 ball fields, Meibeyer Field and Cameron Field. We recently added a bird and butterfly garden near the large pavilion.
Playground equipment includes a 100 ft. Zip Line, Gaga Ball, a tether ball, swings, a backhoe digger, 3 play structures, 18-hole disc golf, horseshoe pits and volleyball. We also have a one mile fitness path with 11 fitness stations.

At the park you will find two new asphalt tennis courts, with lines for pickle ball, a basketball court, shuffle board, horseshoes, a pavilion with two barbecues, and various playground equipment, including a tether ball. Sports equipment is available for use in the park. Pick up a basketball, horse shoes, tennis racket, or shuffleboard set at the Country Peddler Store across from the park. Your $5.00 deposit is refunded at the time equipment is returned in good condition by 8:00pm.
We welcome donations to help fund additional picnic tables, benches, and park equipment. This is also a meaningful way to memorialize a loved one.
“Little Free Libraries” have been installed at each park, and we gladly accept donations of children’s and young adult books. This program operates as a free book exchange for the community.
Volunteers and community input are always encouraged. We welcome your ideas and support in continuing to develop and improve both parks.
Dog Bone Plaques featuring your dog’s name can be displayed on the shelter at the K-9 Corners for a $20 donation. Please complete the flyer below if you are interested.
Each park has two pavilions available for reservation. The cost is $50 for residents and $100 for non-residents. Please contact the township office to reserve your date.
